I'm Mark Crews and I run a little business CodeShoppe.Net. And what is Code Shoppe? Code Shoppe, kind of like an ice cream shoppe. You might go for ice cream, but instead of ice cream, we write computer code. So that's what you would come to us for and that's our product. But what do we do? What are the clients that we serve?
Our clients come to us because they need to save time. They need to get back time in their week. So, if we can do something where they are doing a recurring task week over week, spending four hours, there's a good chance we can automate that. And so we can give a really good savings and they get a good ROI for what we can do.
Using our computer tools, a lot of times business owners will find themselves having to, especially small business owners, they find themselves stuck doing the invoicing for the month. And you know, they, it could take like eight hours, it could take two days. So, maybe we could turn that into a button because we took all their knowledge and we programmed the computer and the algorithm with their knowledge.So all they had to do, and guess what? If we've gotten that far, they can then even have somebody else push the button.
We certainly have some customers that we've built big platforms for big things. What we're trying to do as a company is. Business owners, especially small business owners, kind of struggle. And what they're struggling with is here's technology that's built for larger companies, and what they need is this smaller piece to help them grow. And what we're trying to do is to get them some technology that helps them play in the big game.
